• As a child, Roger dreamed about karting but with no support from his father. So, he did horse riding competition. As far as he can remember, Roger has always dreamed about car racing.
• Roger started working at 22 years old in the real estate industry and at 25 he entered in the family business. The real competition with race cars started at the end of the 90's in a Renault Clio. Then, it was with supercars like BMW, Porsche, Viper and Corvette.
• In 2005, he even founded his own team, now called RaceArt, which provides service at circuits all over Europe. Between 2016 until 2018, he participated in the Porsche Cup Benelux (once champion) and the next 3 years in the Ferrari Challenge (once World Champion).
• The Dakar has always been on his to-do-list. In fact, for the next 10 years, Roger plans to go off-road racing.
• His 29 years old son Jules has now started driving in Porsche Cup.

• As a little boy, Rudolf was a pilot in all kinds of sports. He used to watch the Dakar on TV from early ages. But he did not think it was a possibility for him to ever do it. He thought it was for rich and famous people!
• He made afterwards some multiple track races and became champion in the Saker Sportscar challenge, Dutch supercar challenge, and winner of the 24h series Barcelona in the SP3 class. He also took part in all the Morocco Dessert Challenges, several Baja’s in Hungary, Portugal and Poland. He ended Dakar 2023 at a very good 8th position in SSV. After the track, switched to mechanic in the off-road rallies and started as a navigator. When something happens, he can jump from the car and fix it himself! Rudolf is like a rally Mc Gyver. For him, quitting is not an option.
• His uncle, his father, his two nephews and his niece also participated in the Morocco Desert Challenge ! Rudolf and his niece Floor held the 19th position at the 2024 Morocco Desert Challenge. His wife Nikki and his 4 years old daughter Bella will stand behind him.
