- Grzegorz Brochocki used to be a big fan of Lech Poznan football team. He was at the stadium when his favourite 11 men won against Olympique de Marseille in 1990 (3-2) in a Champions League game. As a kid, he used to play football and basketball as he's also a big fan of Chicago Bulls Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen players.
- The Overlimit crew has gained a lot of experience in rallying. Grzegorz won with his copilot Grzegorz Komar the Breslau Poland rally twice and the Balkan Offroad Rally over the last few years. The Rallye du Maroc also gave them a foretaste of what awaits them in 2025.
- Quite busy in the businesses he runs, 2025 will only be Grzegorz's second Dakar. He participated in various rallies since 2018 though (several times in Morocco). This year, all his family will come on the finish line.

- Grzegorz Komar's nickname is quite funny: it's Bzyku which comes from the sound of a mosquito (bzzzzz), because Komar in Polish means mosquito !
- His favourite car is a Skoda Octavia, which is also his current company car. He is a Formula 1 adept and Robert Kubica is his hero.
2025 AMBITIONS
G.B.: “I am very happy that we will be able to stand at the start in Bisha again. Together with my co-driver Bzyk, we are a harmonious duo because we have been starting together since 2018. The last edition of the Dakar Rally was a dream come true for us, reaching the top of Mount Everest in off-road. Dozens of successfully completed rallies in various classes led us to this great joy. Racing with top professional rally drivers during the Dakar Rally 2024 resulted in them starting much earlier, so we usually finished the stage after dark. Thanks to this, we knew that we had to focus on even better preparation. Therefore, in the 2024 season, we focused mainly on starting in desert marathon rallies. During them, we mainly practiced skills related to driving and reading dunes and long hours spent in a rally car. Our main achievement this season was a second place in the SSV class during the Morocco Desert Challenge. So, we are ready to compete.”
G.Z.: “My goal is as simple as being a finisher. For me, completing every kilometre of the rally is just a victory.”
