“This will be my first Dakar, and my main objective is to finish, learn as much as possible and start building something for the next years. I already had good preparation with Breslau Rallye, which I won, and Rallye du Maroc where I finished P11 in Rally 2, so I have a better idea of what to expect. Motocross is my whole life as I’ve been riding since I was three years old and never really stopped. Racing professionally taught me pace, discipline, physical preparation, and how to manage long days on the bike, so I hope these habits will help me survive Dakar. Outside racing I split my time between my two companies: Motoconcepts, where we run training schools and camps in Lithuania and Spain, and Ride in Style, where we design graphics, stickers and merchandising. Dirtbikes are still the centre of everything I do, so Dakar feels like a natural step.”
