Which Logo can I use for my communication (internal/external) ?
A co-branding logo has been created to enable the event partners to be associated with and be inseparable from the Dakar's identity.
It must be used on all your communication media (print, radio, television, display, internet) and / or embroidery as part of an internal or corporate communication or for any promotional and advertising operation that enhances your participation in the Dakar.

All use, communication/promotion supports and purpose (internal and external) must be submitted for prior written approval from the ORGANIZER who will answer within 72 (seventy-two) hours. The absence of reply within such time period shall not be regarded as a tacit approval by the ORGANIZER.
Which pictures/videos am I authorized to use for my communication (internal/external)?
Photos
As a sponsor you have access, free of charge, to:
- the event’s still images archives;
- a “Dakar best-of” of still images displaying key moments of the race and side moments during and after the event;
- still images illustrating the activation of the present sponsorship during and after the event.
The photo credit reference must appear on all of the pictures used.
This material can be used for internal or corporate communication or for any promotional and advertising operation that enhances your participation in the Dakar.
However, any communication for commercial purposes (advertising/promotion of the sponsor’s trademarks is strictly forbidden.

Videos
As a sponsor you have access, free of charge, to:
- the Dakar official Best Of videos on Facebook (via crosspost, upon request),
- the Dakar official videos produced by ASO via Dailymotion/YouTube player on the SPONSOR’s official social media and website (via embed)

However, any communication for commercial purposes (advertising/promotion of the sponsor’s trademarks is strictly forbidden.

What is the visibility on the Dakar videogame ?
The Dakar official video game reproduces the on-ground visibility support of the event.
How does the transportation of the partners' equipment required for the Dakar Service Center and/or Activations is carry out ?
Sponsors responsible for their activation are in charge of organizing it logistics.
However, we can offer:
- Agency services: ASO can make a proposal for the organization of your activation;
- International transport: ASO can make a proposal for transport from South America to Saudi Arabia and from France to Saudi Arabia

Is It possible to get additional hospitality program ?

What does Bivouac mean ?
The bivouac is a working area located between the finish time controls and the start of a stage.
It is a controlled and secured closed surface area, which access is exclusively and uniquely reserved for all persons accredited by the Organizer
What does DSS and ASS mean ?
DSS = Departure Special Stage
ASS = Arrival Special Stage
How does the transfer between the bivouacs organized for the operating staff?
- You have your own vehicle: an assistance roadbook stating the route to follow, transfer distance and time, as well as a GPS, will be handed over to you;
- You have registered for an accreditation including transportation: transfers will be planned by the organization, either by plane or bus, from one bivouac to the other.
What kind of credentials my operating staff on Dakar Village and/or Bivouac need ?
- Dakar Village: bracelets will be delivered in accordance with your needs, before the operation, for your operating staff to access the Dakar Village ;
- Bivouac: access to the bivouac is subject to an individual accreditation either included in your contract or purchased additionally.
Are catering and accommodation included for my operating staff on Dakar Village and/or Bivouac ?
- Dakar Village: the accreditation includes access only
- Bivouac: the accreditation does not include accommodation
- You have accreditations included in your contract: please refer to your contract (Section “Accreditations”) for the details of the services provided
- You have no accreditations included in your contract: please refer to the section Practical Information > Accreditations Rates to select the one that matches your needs
Is it authorized to introduce a partner’s vehicle in the Bivouac ?
Access to the bivouac for operating staff and vehicles is subject to accreditations.
