Alexandre Giroud: “I’m very happy to finish on the podium”

Alexandre Giroud finished second behind his friend Romain Dutu and climbed onto the podium for the fifth stage in the quad category. The Frenchman is in fifth place in the general standings.

“Today this stage was very nice with my friend Romain. We finished very well overtaking Ignacio Casale. He is very fast and I’m very happy to finish on the podium on this stage, because Ignacio and Romain are very, very good riders”.
