Michal Goczał: “I want to congratulate my brother for winning the stage”

It was a fine day for the Goczał family. Following Marek’s stage victory, Michał achieved the third best time, allowing him to climb on to the provisional podium in the T4 class, less than three minutes behind Gerrard Farrés, who is second behind Austin Jones. Meanwhile, nephew Erik awaits his turn.

“Firstly, I want to congratulate my brother for winning the stage. We are happy. We are on the podium together. I think that nobody else can get onto the podium, so we are happy. It’s another good day for Cobant-EnergyLandia Rally Team. It was a very fast stage and a short stage, so we drove safely. We have a plan and we have carried it out every day. So, we are at the finish and we are happy. Erik will start with us on the next edition and we hope that on the podium we will be together every day. This is our plan for next year. But for now, Erik is our mechanic and our media service. We are in a great position with having Erik with us”.
