Michael Docherty beat him today to finish second in the special, but "Dudu" remains in the lead of the Rally2 category and sixteenth overall. The runner-up to Mason Klein in the 2022 WRC continues to show who's boss.

"It was a cool stage, but you have to be careful because there are a lot of broken dunes and you never know what's on the other side. We got up very early this morning, but fortunately the special was short. I really took no risks. I just want to get to the bivouac and take a nap. When I finished, I was surprised to have the best time of the top 5. I also thought that the guys behind were going to catch me, but they didn't, which means I rode well."
