"My arm hurt, I wasn't really relaxed, but I know this feeling, it's going to get better, it's normal. I'm at peace with myself, giving it my all and putting strategy in the back burner. I haven't been able to finish the Dakar since 2017 and I want to go the distance. If I can ride at my level, I think I'll do just fine. I hope all the hard work will pay off."
