GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
Non-Right-Holders of 2021 DAKAR RALLY “the EVENT” (Digital Media without agreement with ASO) are entitled to broadcast on a non-linear basis a dedicated video clip up to 90 (ninety) seconds footage of the EVENT solely on:
- Generalist news and/or sport news internet websites (except television websites);
- On a player which cannot be embedded on YOUTUBE; embed option shall be disactivated;
- The clip shall be broadcast on a player that is disabled for sharing on third party (e.g. social media) websites ;
- Fifteen (15) minutes embargo after the end of each EVENT stage shall be respected;
- No commercial billboard of the clip.
