E.S. : “It will be my first Dakar, so the main goal is simple: to finish. But I also want to be competitive and place myself in the first half of all moto participants. Over the last years I’ve worked hard to prepare for this moment. I raced in Abu Dhabi, Morocco, the Fenix Rally, Breslau, Balkan Offroad and several local rally events, and each of them helped me understand something new about pace, navigation and consistency. Before motorsport I spent five years in triathlon, completing many Olympic distances, Ironman 70.3 events and full Ironman races. That background taught me how to manage my body and my mind under long-term stress, and I believe it will be a big advantage during the Dakar. I run real estate development and contractor companies, so finding time to train has not always been easy, but now I feel ready. Dakar is a dream and a huge challenge, and I’m here to respect it, learn from it, and reach the finish line.”
