Guillaume de Mevius: “We just have to continue like this”

 Guillaume de Mevius today almost won his second stage win, but the Belgian finished the day’s special only two seconds behind Argentinean David Zille. However, missing out on success will not have bothered the Grally Team driver too much because, by climbing onto the day’s podium once again, de Mevius strengthened his position as general rankings leader.

 “It was a good day for us. We lost a little bit of time on the navigation point, but not too much. I think we took nine minutes out of Jones today, so it’s a good day. It’s still a long race and there are still five days. We are starting to count the days until the end. We just have to continue like this and never stop, with no problems and I hope it will be good until the end”.
