“Finish and that's all!”
Stefanie Manns will certainly be a competitor to keep an eye on during the next Dakar. Not only because the German is one of the rare ladies competing in the event, but also because she's fast. Fast on circuits where she spent the first part of her racing career. The question now is to know if she can also impress on the long desert stages of the Dakar. To do so, she'll be behind the steering wheel of the brand new Pro Dakar McRae Enduro and will have at her side Pieter Van Kruijsdijk who already experienced the rally back in 2009./b>
“I started competing in motorsports on circuits when I was 16 in various classes. Getting older I switched to rally. A new career starts for me. I hope to do more and more off-road rallies and we'll see what happens. I'm not worried about the long distance of the stages but I'm not used to doing it for fourteen days. My only goal is to reach the finish and that's all. On a Dakar anyway you never have enough experience. ”
