In order to inform third parties of the fact that you are a Dakar competitor, you are authorised to reproduce and use this composite "Dakar competitor" label in the conditions and on the following supports:
- Dossiers intended for financial and/or institutional partners;
- and Press kits;
- and Clothing worn by riders, drivers and team assistance members registered to take part in the Dakar.
Under no circumstances can this composite label be associated, either directly or indirectly, with any trade or institutional mark or brand.
Consequently, your sponsors may under no circumstances use this composite label, and even less so the Dakar brands, so as to avoid any confusion in the minds of the general public between their capacity as sponsor of the competitor and the capacity as sponsor of the Dakar which, in no case, is granted them.
By-products
All Dakar competitors are strictly forbidden from marketing, for whatsoever reasons, products which wholly or partially bear the Dakar brand, including the abovementioned composite label. Marketing products that bear Dakar brands is strictly reserved for A.S.O. and its licensees.
