Dossiers intended for financial and/or institutional partners and
Press kits; and
Clothing worn by riders, drivers and team assistance members registered to take part in the Dakar.

Under no circumstances can this composite label be associated, either directly or indirectly, with any trade or institutional mark or brand. Consequently, your sponsors may under no circumstances use this composite label, and even less so the Dakar brands, so as to avoid any confusion in the minds of the general public between their capacity as sponsor of the competitor and their capacity as sponsor of the Dakar which, under no circunstances, is granted to them.

By-products

All Dakar competitors are strictly forbidden from marketing, for whatsoever reasons, products which wholly or partially bear the Dakar brand, including the above mentionned composite label.

Marketing products that bear Dakar brands are strictly reserved for A.S.O. and its licensees.

IMPORTANT: For all clauses and conditions linked to the use of the Dakar brand, competitor logos, as well as rights concerning the use of images, download this document:
