Reconnaissance of the ground is the final phase in the drawing up of the rally route. Final adjustments and the writing of the road-book are on the programme for the next four weeks for Etienne Lavigne, David Castera, Stéphane Lebail and the recos team. Each day you can share in the adventures of the men who prepare the rally, on the ground. Destination : Portugal, Morocco, Mauritania, Mali, Guinea and Senegal. The definite map of the route to be taken will be presented on the 22nd of November.

Day 28 : Finding the right track Beware not to be over-enthusiastic. The finish line hasn't yet been reached and a lot can still happen. So we remain extremely focused, a map on our knees and the GPS at full action helping us find the good tracks to establish these final stages. Indeed, the legend must be complete, tough and intense all the way to the Lac Rose. Beware of the final difficulties, these animals crossing the road and the various changes in direction that will trouble the competitors in their last exercice. Thankfully, the difficulties are now behind. We therefore enjoy these last few portions where piloting will prove to be key. Unless one witnesses navigation worries...
