Preparation
In addition to your motivation and mental strength, a fifteen-day endurance race requires perfect physical training. Here is the main essential advice to enable you to prepare the Paris-Dakar rally.
In all cases, we strongly recommend that all competitors registered for the race take an effort test 3 months prior to the event. This test will enable you to better position yourself, and to make up for any possible physical shortcomings.
