Toby Price: "We won't give up"

Price is still over half an hour down in the general standings despite winning the stage.

"It's been a really good day. There were a few small mistakes, but we tried to stay on the road book as much as we could and pray and hope that the guys in front would make a mistake, but it didn't quite happen. I'm really stoked now, I can get my chipped tooth fixed and go from there, so happy days.

Still two days to come and anything can happen, it's not over till the finish, but it's definitely slowly starting to get out of reach. We won't give up, we'll keep trying till the last day and stay healthy, and that's the main thing. We're looking forward to the finish. There's no team strategy at the moment. Honestly, anything can happen these last two days. As you could see, it was Kevin who unfortunately had to stop today. It's not over until it's done. Just gotta keep charging and hopefully tomorrow we'll have a really good day. It's really close at the moment, you could throw a blanket over all of them. We'll wait and see and it's coming down to the wire, and I guess it's what everybody wants to see."
