Alexandre Giroud: “For me it was a very good stage”

Once again on the podium for stage six, Alexandre Giroud has climbed up to fourth place in the general standings.

“This day was a very beautiful day for me, but there was just a little problem for my colleague Romain Dutu. He got hurt so we stopped to help him, but he’s okay and has gone to hospital. For me it was a very good stage. I finished in the top 3 and the quad is very good, so I’m very happy”.
