2018 Mitsubishi Motors Desafío Inca : time for action

The time to action has come. After the administrative and technical checks, the 112 competitors that will be on the start line, have gone through the starting podium and they’re now ready to face the first stage of the Mitsubishi Motors Desafío Inca 2018.          

The bivouac located at the Ica Club Social, heart of the Peruvian Dakar Series, started the activities with the preview race checks. 82 vehicles will be part of the first stage in the magnificent Desert of Ica.

Later, the competitors drove to an emblematic place in the region, the Huacachina Oasis, where the starting podium took place with the official Start Podium ceremony, before three stages with a total of 900 km.

Blessed by an ideal day weather and a warm welcome of the local motorsport fans, the competitors of this new adventure are ready to the first day, which will have 169km to race twice.
