Rodania, Swiss watch brand since 1930, is the partner and timekeeper of Dakar since 2002. Rodania creates, produces and distributes the Dakar watches.
Since 2002, two generations of Dakar watches were created by Rodania. The time is right for launching the third edition. The new line of Dakar watches – collection 2005 – shows a sporty and adventurous style, reflecting the colors of the desert, both in the dial and in the strap. The look of the new exclusive model in steel or titanium confirms robustness and solidity.The mineral or scratchproof sapphire crystal protects different movements such as the ana-digi, the backlight illumination and the chronograph with and without alarm.
Water resistant up to 100 meter and equipped with a very solid steel or leather bracelet, the new Dakar watch is absolutely ready for the DAKAR Rallye 2005. The whole set up for the presentation of this new Dakar 2005 collection by Rodania is a real eye catcher. Installed in the traditional watch shop, it includes a quiz from 1st of November till January 31, 2005, offering a trip to Dakar to attend the arrival of the Dakar Rallye.
